When will I be billed each month?

Your membership will be charged 30 days after you receive your first lookbook to the credit card on file.

How do I contact my stylist?

You can always email your stylist or leave a comment on your lookbook. We highly encourage all of our clients to build a relationship with their stylist. The better they know you and understand your lifestyle, style aesthetic and needs, the better they can style you!

How do I update my measurements and sizes?

You will receive a submission confirmation email with a link that should be bookmarked so you can access it at any time.

Your profile information will update immediately.

How do I update my payment information ?

Please click here to update your payment information. A confirmation email will be sent out within 2 business days. 

How do I change my plan?

To change your plan, please click here to submit a request.

What if I want to skip a month?

There is no obligation, nor is there a minimum number of months or commitment for membership. You can skip a month, as long as you notify your stylist by the 30th of the current month. 

How do I cancel my account?

We don’t want to see you go! You do have other options. If you were not happy with your lookbook you can request a new stylist. If it is due to financial reason you can always lower your plan or choose to pause your account. The benefit to pausing your account is that you still receive updates from us and your rate is locked in as prices are always subject to change. If you still want to cancel please here to request cancellation of your account. You will receive a cancel account confirmation email within 1 business day. If by chance you don’t receive an email please try again. No account is cancelled until a confirmation email is sent out. Charges may still apply if the cancellation is not done in the 14 day grace period after your lookbook is sent.

Where can I view my order history?

All order history can be viewed by logging into your account dashboard.
